Jan qualified with honours in his final year, in 1995 from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

From 1995 to 2001 he worked in private practice in the UK.  In 2002 Jan returned to South Africa to complete a 4 year post graduate degree in Prosthodontics.  In 2006 he was invited onto the specialist register in Prosthodontics in South Africa.

His field of expertise include implant dentistry, crown and bridgework, tooth coloured restorations, aesthetic dentistry and dentures.  His Masters thesis was published in 2008 in the International Journal of Prosthodontics.

Jan loves all aspects of dentistry and is therefore happy to provide general dental care.  He believes modern dentistry is about preserving tooth structure where possible.  He is passionate about providing minimally invasive, cosmetic restorative dental treatment.
