Susan Tanner

Susan qualified from University College Hospital in 1986. After hospital appointments at Guy's Hospital and The Westminster Hospital, Susan went on to study for a Master's Degree in Prosthetic Dentistry at The Eastman Dental Hospital. She set up a prosthodontic treatment facility in the maxillofacial department of St Bartholomew’s Hospital until devoting herself entirely to the Dawood & Tanner practice.

Susan has more than 20 years experience working with dental implants. In 2000, Susan was accepted on to the Specialist Register in Prosthodontics. Susan lectures extensively in the UK and abroad, giving live demonstrations both on stage and in her surgery on a one to one basis.

In addition to Specialist Practice, Susan has a particular interest in rehabilitation for patients with facial deformity, and is a trustee of  the charity 'Saving Faces'.
