  2. Cut down on how often you have sugary foods and drinks.
  3. Visit your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend

Monday: 9:00 to 5:30
Tuesday: 9:00 to 5:30
Wednesday: 9:00 to 7:00
Thursday: 9:00 to 5:30
Friday: 9:00 to 5:30

Saturday: Open on the 1st and 3rd of every month from 10:00 to 4:00
