With over 13 years of experience at Dawood & Tanner, Syrena Constantinides plays a pivotal role in maintaining smooth clinical operations and ensuring exceptional patient care across the practice. Her in-depth knowledge of specialist dentistry—particularly complex implant and surgical treatments—is matched by her dedication to operational excellence and team leadership.
Beginning her career as a dental nurse, Syrena gained a deep understanding of chairside care and treatment protocols. Her early work with the surgical and periodontal teams, including complex implant procedures, laid the foundation for her progression into senior roles. She was appointed Head Nurse before transitioning into her current position as Clinical Support Manager, where she oversees rotas, clinician scheduling, HR processes, and the coordination of multidisciplinary care.
Syrena also manages the practice’s relationship with Nobel Biocare, ensuring the seamless integration of advanced implant systems and digital workflows. Her work supports both clinical outcomes and practice efficiency, underpinned by her training in dental practice management and chartered status with the Chartered Management Institute.
Outside of daily operations, Syrena contributes to professional development through her teaching at the Dawood & Tanner Academy, where she co-leads the Intro to Implants for Dental Nurses course alongside Alison Steadward.
