Millie holds GDC registration as a qualified dental nurse and began her career in 2018. She started in general practice in Brighton before moving to London, where she supported clinicians with advanced skills in cosmetic, prosthodontic, and surgical dentistry. Over time, her interest in the patient experience led her from a combined nursing and reception role into full-time Treatment Coordination.

Millie has developed particular experience in implant and surgical dentistry, having worked closely with specialists in restorative and cosmetic treatments. She draws on this clinical insight in her role as Treatment Coordinator, where she helps patients feel fully informed and confident about their care.

At Dawood & Tanner, Millie works alongside Dr Dawood and Dr Tanner to support patients through complex and often multi-stage treatment plans. She explains consultation outcomes, prepares detailed treatment letters, and acts as a trusted point of contact throughout the journey. Her clear communication and thoughtful guidance help patients feel reassured from their first visit onwards.
