Anca began her career in dentistry as a qualified dental nurse, initially within the NHS before moving into private practice. This clinical foundation gave her valuable insight into patient care and the inner workings of a busy dental environment.

Her growing interest in the business and operational side of dentistry led her to complete a degree in International Business Management at Anglia Ruskin University and transition into a leadership role. As Practice Support Manager at Dawood & Tanner, Anca works closely with the reception and Treatment Coordinator teams to ensure the practice runs smoothly at every level.

She is closely involved in shaping the patient journey, from the first point of contact through to treatment completion and aftercare. Anca is passionate about developing efficient systems that enhance both patient experience and team performance. She thrives in a multidisciplinary setting and brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to the fast pace of daily practice life.
