Kiran Beneng is a highly experienced NHS Consultant in Oral Surgery and GDC Specialist in Oral Surgery, known for her clinical precision, reassuring manner, and commitment to patient comfort. With more than a decade in senior NHS and private practice roles, she provides expert care across the full scope of oral surgery — from complex extractions and facial pain management to specialist salivary gland treatments and soft tissue surgery.
After graduating with honours from King’s College London in 2003, Kiran completed specialist training and joined the GDC Specialist List in Oral Surgery in 2011. She has held a Consultant post at Guy’s Hospital, London since 2012, and also served for six years with NHS England as Training Programme Director for Oral Surgery trainees across London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. She continues to teach and supervise as an Educational and Clinical Supervisor for postgraduate trainees, and has more recently been appointed Service Lead within the Dental Directorate.

She is the co-surgical lead for gland-preserving surgery in obstructive salivary gland disease at Guy’s Hospital, which provides a UK-wide salivary gland service. Kiran also holds a postgraduate diploma in dental sedation, enabling her to treat patients under intravenous sedation where appropriate, ensuring a calm and pain-free experience.
