Kiran Beneng is a highly experienced Consultant Oral Surgeon known for her clinical precision, reassuring manner, and commitment to patient comfort. With more than a decade in senior NHS and private practice roles, she delivers expert care across the full scope of oral surgery—from complex extractions and facial pain management to specialist salivary gland treatments and soft tissue surgery.
After graduating with honours from King’s College London in 2003, Kiran completed her specialist training and joined the General Dental Council Specialist List in Oral Surgery in 2011. She has held a Consultant post at Guy’s Hospital, London, since 2012, where she now also serves as Service Lead within the Dental Directorate and Training Programme Director for Oral Surgery trainees across London and the Southeast.
Kiran’s role at Dawood & Tanner complements her NHS work, offering patients access to her advanced skills in:

Kiran also holds a postgraduate diploma in dental sedation, enabling her to treat patients under intravenous sedation where appropriate, ensuring a calm and pain-free experience.
