Begoña Martí focuses on restoring teeth and dental implants with aesthetic, adhesive-bonded solutions, particularly for patients experiencing tooth wear or deterioration from ageing restorations. Her clinical work is grounded in preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible, using minimally invasive techniques that combine beauty, strength, and long-term function.

With advanced training in prosthodontics and dental research from the University of Valencia, Begoña brings both precision and scientific depth to her practice. She has a particular interest in complex cases involving dental implants and advanced tooth wear, often caused by grinding or dietary acid exposure. Her restorative approach integrates the latest in ceramic materials and adhesive techniques to rebuild smiles that are both functional and natural-looking.

Since joining Dawood & Tanner in 2014, Begoña has developed expertise in implant aesthetic rehabilitation, comprehensive prosthodontic planning, and managing multifactorial dental conditions. She has contributed to research on ceramic materials and co-authored articles on 3D printing and peri-implantitis in the British Dental Journal. In addition, she has a special interest in the management of sleep apnoea and severe snoring, offering effective alternatives to CPAP machines through custom-made oral appliances that improve patients’ sleep and quality of life—especially valuable for those who travel frequently and their partners.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, Begoña is passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for patients from all backgrounds. Her personal philosophy goes far beyond treating teeth—she believes every dental visit should be a positive, even enjoyable experience, built on mutual trust, meaningful conversations, and genuine care. She takes particular pride in supporting anxious patients, guiding them through complex treatments with empathy and calm, helping them feel not just comfortable, but confident.

Many of her patients have said that she hasn’t just changed their smile, but also improved their ability to speak and eat, increased their confidence, and changed their lives. “It’s an incredible privilege,” she says, “to be able to make that kind of impact.”

Outside the clinic, Begoña also plays a key educational role at the Dawood & Tanner Academy, helping clinicians better understand the relationship between materials science, occlusion, and long-term restorative success.
