• Your teeth are clean and don’t have debris or food in them
  • Your gums are pink and don’t hurt or bleed when you brush and floss
  • Bad breath isn’t a constant problem for you
  • If you find that you teeth bleed while brushing or flossing, or you find that you have bad breath very often, visit your dentist for a check-up and explain your symptoms. Any of these symptoms could indicate a problem

Our dentists, therapists and hygienists can help you learn proper oral hygiene techniques and can help point out areas of your mouth that may require extra attention during brushing and flossing.
